Good morning, Sunshine!

I read this tip in a recent copy of Real Simple magazine. What a fabulous way to start the day!

Start your morning with an oath that centers you. For instance, say, “Today I will stay calm in the midst of chaos.” Next, stand tall and stretch. Then take 10 deep breaths. Or, better yet, go for a walk outside. Now you’re ready to take on the day.

Now go get ‘em, tiger!
