When it comes to your stuff, how do you know how much is enough and how much is too much? How do you make the distinction?
For each of us, it will be different. For someone living in a tiny house, four bowls, plates, glasses, etc. might be plenty, but for someone living in a 3,000 square foot house, they may choose to have a set of 12 bowls, plates, glasses - or more. Some may have a set of holiday dishes, plus the "good" china, plus their everyday dishes…and so on.
When it feels like your stuff is taking over your home or when you feel suffocated by its sheer volume, you probably have too much, and it might be time to consider letting go of some of those things.
And here’s a bonus! There’s a really good chance you’ll feel better and lighter after doing so.
