As we jump into 2017, many of us will make new year's resolutions to eat less or exercise more or quit smoking or save more or get organized, but only 64% of us will make it through the first month without breaking the resolution. Statistics indicate that it takes at least 21 days to create a new habit, so in order to ensure a better chance of success in keeping your resolution, give yourself at least three weeks to make sure your new habit sticks.
If you resolve to get organized and need help creating new habits, I'm here for you!
