When I read this letter to the editor from Oprah Magazine reader, Donna Colbert, I was immediately struck by how free she felt as she let go of digital and physical clutter.
"I never realized how psychologically paralyzing clutter can be. I've started getting rid of old emails, erasing unwanted numbers from my phone, and donating items to a women's shelter. As I clear some of my physical surroundings, my mind has started to flow with creativity again. As Johnny Nash says, 'I can see clearly now; the rain is gone.'"
When you create space in your life for the activities and items that fill you up, bring you joy and serve you, you allow yourself to open to possibilities. Now that's freeing!
