When our mind is cluttered, we may have difficulty focusing or thinking clearly. When our heart is cluttered, we may feel burdened or weighed down. When our home is cluttered, we might feel overwhelmed or suffocated. We can create the life we want by dedicating time to declutter our mind, heart, and home by deliberately choosing and making space for what we want and need in our life and by releasing what feels heavy.

Consider scheduling a Daily Declutter Date on your calendar to spend 15 minutes working on a small area each day. Tidy up the junk drawer, check the expiration dates on your canned goods, or tackle a small pile of mail. Making time to declutter every day is a great way to work in small, bite-sized chunks of time. You'll thank yourself for it every time.
